I love pasta. I love carbs. But my skinny jeans and mini-food-baby-belly does not! ;) Time to try out something new!
Noodles. Zucchini Noodles!!! I've seen zucchini noodles on Pinterest for a while now. I've even pinned my fair share to make, but then I saw them with a bolognese sauce....I.was.SOLD! Sign me up, I need to get some into my belly. Every recipe references a spiralizer or juilener. I do not have either so I went spiralizer, it just sounded more fun! {the Hubs and I might be gearing up to start Whole30 in the coming weeks, uggh!}...now I'm sitting waiting for the post man to deliver! Did you look at how many fun options of meals there are....can't wait to try with pesto, plain tomato sauce or maybe even a lighter olive oil with chopped veggies along side grilled chicken! Not all healthy food is bad, see Mom (hehe!)!!!
Have you ever had zu-oodles?

I love zoodles. And I think I wan a spiralizer. Currently I have a juliener and I'm not sure I love it or love the effort I have to put into it. Let me know if the spiralizer is worth it!!!!
