Happy Friday Lovlies!!! 

What a week, what a week! I am so glad it's Friday, even though I will be working a.lot. this weekend, 

it still feels good! Friday's just have that way! I hope to cut out early and spend some time in 

the warm sun and hopefully enjoy a glass of wine (or three) outdoors! What are your plans 

for the weekend? Anything fun! I know Sunday AM I will be taking (and teaching) 

a few barre classes - nothing like sweating out all the bad ju-ju!!! Maybe 

that's what I've been missing all week - some intense workouts (was too mentally exhausted!)
